The Lamination production assistant is responsible for managing and executing a variety of print and production tasks. The role involves laminating, plotting, printing, and maintaining large-format printers and related equipment. The specialist will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of production operations and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to handle the physical demands of the job.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Laminating and Plotting
• Printing (of print-ready orders)
• Equipment Maintenance and Inventory Management
• Miscellaneous tasks (e.g., shop upkeep and production support)
• Assist with the printing and production of client orders.
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters.
• Unloading, unpacking, and organizing material deliveries.

Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess:
