Cash bonuses for employee & client referrals CPA Bonus program for pursuing and completing your CPAJob DetailsResponsibilities: Prepare individual tax returns, including 1031 exchanges, NOLs, installment sales, multi-state income sourcing, and AMT computations (preferences like taxes, depreciation, and gains/losses). Identify tax savings opportunities and potential multi-state issues. Prepare business entity tax returns, including: Multi-state apportionment, related-party transactions, NOLs, partnership debt allocation, capital account maintenance, mid-year ownership changes, and AAA reconciliation (S corporations). Address formation/dissolution issues and identify tax-saving strategies. Independently prepare tax returns and related work papers, adhering to policies and best practices. Perform in-depth tax research and respond to complex IRS correspondence. Assist with IRS audits, including correspondence audits, and represent clients effectively. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance (Master's preferred). Active CPA license or working toward CPA license preferred 2-3+ years of public accounting experience with increasing complexity in tax preparation. Exposure to clients in a variety of industries.
