We seek an enthusiastic Agile Transformation leader to guide our multi-year agile transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management and agile principles in both custom application development and SaaS platform enablement, and a proven history in corporate agile transformations. You will be responsible for championing, scaling, and measuring the success of our Agile Transformation. You will act as evangelist, change agent and mentor, and influencing the adoption of Product and Agile mindsets and practices, driving discovery of fresh practices, innovating new ways to collaborate, and to "be" an Agile culture. The role includes promoting a collaborative approach to Product Management and Agile Software delivery as well as training and guiding teams while building scalable agile processes and technology globally. This highly visible role will be a key change agent, reinforcing a product management agile mindset across the enterprise. Key components of role include: Organizational Transformation: Foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement. Facilitate, mentor, and guide in applying Product Management and Agile Delivery principles to real-world scenarios. Facilitate Change Management: Guide teams in adopting new ways of working, as well as develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and buy-in from all stakeholders. Promotion of Product Management and Agile Delivery Mindsets: You will own the Product Management and Agile Delivery processes, inspiring Associates to embrace new practices that unlock our potential for innovation and adaptability, tailored to fit the needs of our organization. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership, product owners, and other enterprise stakeholders to establish an agile culture aligned with business goals. Responsibilities: Strategy and Planning Develop and implement the transformation strategy for Product Management and Agile Delivery practices. Champion cultural change by promoting Product Management and Agile mindsets across the organization. Identify and mitigate transformation risks. Leadership Decision Making Make day-to-day decisions comparing information from multiple sources to identify issues. Communicate decisions to the appropriate people and teams and hold them accountable. Liaison & Communication Clearly and succinctly conveys information and ideas. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams for successful delivery outcomes. Partner with Product Management, Value Management Office, IT leadership and other stakeholder to establish roadmaps with a sustainable delivery cadence and meaningful metrics. Coaching and Building Talent Own Product Management and Agile Delivery processes Develop training and learning journeys for Product Management and Agile roles and deliver training to successfully launch new Product Teams. Achieve results through others by empowering them and providing feedback, instruction, and development including "coach the coach." Coach Global IT and Business/Functional associates in Product Management and Agile practices and understanding of the new roles and responsibilities. Research Product Management and Agile best practices and techniques and bring them to the organization. Support the transformation of the PMO into a VMO, managing a product-oriented portfolio in an Agile delivery environment. Assist teams in resource allocation aligned Product Management goals. Apply Agile principles to troubleshoot issues objectively. Foster continuous improvement by regularly assessing and enhancing delivery processes. Facilitate ceremonies when needed and ensure teams stay on track. Metrics and Reporting Establish and track KPIs to measure transformation success. Requirements: 15 overall experience. Minimum 10 years in Agile environments. BS/BA Computer Science or equivalent related field of study One or more related Agile practitioner certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM, CSP, PSM, PMI- ACP) and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent One or more related Product Owner/Manager practitioner certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM, ACPMPO), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO), and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or equivalent Minimum 5 years leading Agile transformation in a large corporate setting with a proven record of portfolio level Agile transformation required - execution experience is critical. Experience with scaled agile frameworks in software development and SaaS platform enablement including SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce and others. Organizational change management Thorough understanding of Modern Product Management and Delivery processes in an Agile environment (Agile, Scrum Kanban, SAFe, etc.). OKRs, KPIs and other business value metrics DevOps, platform enablement and software development lifecycle. SaaS platform enablement Excellent communication and influencing skills. Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Independent worker, adaptable to change. Collaborative collaborator, able to influence without authority.
