Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the the initial recruitment cycle for various positions including technicians, customer service representatives, and other support roles.
- Assist with the development and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for both field and office-based roles.
- Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific sites.
- Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct phone interviews, virtual interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule in-person with hiring managers.
- Perform reference and background checks.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the service or trade industries.
- Familiarity with recruiting for both office-based and field technician roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Previous experience in the pest control or related industries is a plus but not required.
