Job Description
- Unpackage parts and prepare for racking.
- Rack fixtures using a heavy-duty metal spring clip, ensuring no scratches on the fixtures.
- Assist with packaging products after anodizing and painting to prevent damage during transportation.
- Inspect completed parts, confirm quantities, and move to the finished goods area for shipping.
- Self-motivated and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within the company.
- Good grip strength to handle metal spring clips without scratching fixtures.
- Attention to detail in packaging and inspecting completed parts.
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform tasks that require bending, standing, and reaching.
- Effective communication skills to work with employees, customers, and vendors.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes regular standing and use of hands for handling and feeling. Employees frequently reach with hands and arms and may need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The job requires the ability to talk and hear regularly, occasionally climb or balance, and lift up to 50 lbs. Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional Friday shifts from 7 am to 12 pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul,MN.
