HIRING FOR PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS Job Description

• Unpackage parts and prepare for racking.
• Rack fixtures using a heavy-duty metal spring clip, ensuring no scratches on the fixtures.
• Assist with packaging products after anodizing and painting to prevent damage during transportation.
• Inspect completed parts, confirm quantities, and move to the finished goods area for shipping.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within the company.
• Good grip strength to handle metal spring clips without scratching fixtures.
• Attention to detail in packaging and inspecting completed parts.
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform tasks that require bending, standing, and reaching.
• Effective communication skills to work with employees, customers, and vendors.
