Kadiak LLC, a subsidiary of Koniag Government Services, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Program (Contract) Manager to lead and oversee multiple task orders and projects within a federal environment. This critical role is responsible for directing, managing, and coordinating resources and staff across various locations, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and clients. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: The Program (Contract) Manager will be responsible for: Manage and oversee multiple task orders and projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution, adherence to contractual obligations, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Direct, coordinate, and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, across various task orders and projects to optimize efficiency and productivity. Conduct contracts analysis, ensuring a thorough understanding of the contractual requirements, deliverables, and performance metrics for each task order or project. Monitor and ensure contract compliance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and address any deviations from contractual obligations. Oversee document processing, database management, and records management activities, ensuring data integrity, security, and adherence to established policies and procedures. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with FDA Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), ensuring timely responses to all communications and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project execution and address any challenges or issues that may arise. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing best practices. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, status updates, and presentations to senior management and clients, summarizing project progress, risks, and performance metrics. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical, business, information/records management discipline, or a related field. Ability to obtain a Public Trust Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in a federal environment, with a proven track record of managing multiple task orders and projects simultaneously. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in contracts analysis, contract compliance, document processing, database management, and records management. Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficient in contract management, risk mitigation, and project planning and execution methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues and make sound decisions. Expertise in resource management, including budgeting, scheduling, and personnel allocation. Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and best practices related to document management, records management, and data security in a federal environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across multiple projects. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and reach mutually beneficial agreements. Desired Skills and Competencies: Experience in a government or military environment, with a deep understanding of federal contracting processes and compliance requirements. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of change management principles and practices. Understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes for document management and data integrity. Proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication strategies with clients and senior management. Experience in leading and mentoring project management professionals. Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate.
