Radiant Radiology Analyst
role to support the design, build, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of the Epic Radiant module. Analysts will work closely with physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to design workflows and customize the module to meet clinical and operational requirements, providing training and support to end-users. The analyst will also provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure the effective use of the Radiant module within the healthcare organization. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of the Radiant Radiology module ensuring it meets the specific needs of clinical departments.
Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other radiology staff to gather requirements and ensure the system meets their needs.
Customize the Radiant Radiology module to align with the clinical and operational requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Perform system configuration, including setting up radiology workflows, documentation processes, and integration with other Epic modules.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the use of the Radiant module.
Work closely with other Epic analysts, IT staff, and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Radiant module with other Epic modules and systems.
Conduct thorough system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure the system meets quality and performance standards before go-live.
Develop training materials and participate in training sessions for end-users, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure effective use of the system.
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience working with Epic systems or similar EHR platform required.
High School diploma with 5 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
Epic Radiant Certification
