Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee and manage the operations and a team for properties across Brooklyn and Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. This role offers a high level of exposure to the CEO and CFO and an abundance of creative freedom

Description
Manage a team of property managers and report into senior level leaders and investors.
Oversee and manage daily operations of properties.
Coordinate and manage leasing activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords.
Ensure compliance with property management laws and regulations.
Manage and coordinate maintenance and repairs on properties.
Prepare and manage budgets for properties.
Conduct property inspections to assess condition and maintenance needs.
Resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Profile
A successful Regional Property Manager should have:
Experience working in the affordable housing space is essential.
Proven experience in property management or similar role.
Strong understanding of property management laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with property management software.
Job Offer
An estimated salary range of $90,000 - $160,000 per annum.
