Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and tax planning. 4. Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to trusts, estates, and taxation. 5. Proven track record of drafting and implementing complex estate plans. 6. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client service skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. 8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. 9. Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law preferred. 10. LLM in Taxation or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
