Job Duties:
- Conduct global patent prosecution and portfolio management activities.
- Provide expertise in freedom to operate and patent clearance assessments.
- Manage licensing agreements and other technology transactions.
- Conduct due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements:
- USPTO registration is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-14 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
- Excellent academic record.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active Bar license in MA.
