Our client is a highly respected high-end residential builder based in Acton, MA, with over 35 years of experience crafting custom homes and completing luxury renovation projects. Known for their meticulous attention to detail and reputation for delivering top-tier projects, they specialize in ground-up and renovation work ranging from $2M to $15M, with their primary focus in the $5M+ range.

Description

  • Project Oversight: Manage all on-site activities for high-end custom home projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to design and quality specifications.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Quality Assurance: Enforce the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Safety Management: Uphold strict safety protocols and ensure all site activities comply with regulations.

Profile

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years as a Superintendent with a high-end residential builder.
    • Background working on custom homes valued at $5M+ preferred.
    • Experience with complex, luxury finishes and high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of local subcontractors, high-end materials, and modern construction techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Market Familiarity: Strong ties to the Massachusetts construction scene, including relationships with local architects and trades.
