Superintendent - High End Residential - Cape Cod, MA - Responsibilities
Manage high-end residential projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and delivery. Oversee and guide site personnel to maintain safety, productivity, and efficiency. Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project goals are met. Ensure that all project documentation (RFIs, change orders, daily logs, progress reports) is accurate and up to date. Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with all parties involved to ensure project success. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Profile Superintendent - High End Residential - Cape Cod, MA - Will have
At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction. Strong background working with projects valued at $5M or more. Previous experience with top-tier competitors in the high-end residential sector (no small home builders). Proven ability to manage large-scale, custom residential projects. Strong working knowledge of local Massachusetts architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Competitive salary up to $120K. Company vehicle. Yearly performance-based bonus. Health benefits, 401K, and paid time off.
