LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to be partnering with a dynamic company for a Technical Full Cycle Recruiter role south of Portland. The ideal candidate will manage hiring for production roles, Engineering and corporate roles, work closely with managers, and develop process improvements for onboarding using technology and AI.

Position: Human Resources Recruiter
Compensation: $80,000k+ Depending on credentials and years of experience
Benefits: 401K with 4% match, M/D/V, PTO, Holiday pay and more!

What You'll Do:
• Recruit for production and engineering roles, balancing in-house and contract employees.
• Collaborate with engineering managers on intake meetings and status updates.
• Develop onboarding process improvements using technology and AI.
• Support remote hiring in California and Oregon.
• Manage a dynamic requisition load, with a focus on engineering roles in the first quarter.

What We're Looking For:
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, especially in sourcing passive candidates for engineering roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to recruit technically skilled engineers.
