We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable CONSTRUCTION Customer Service Representative for a growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction trades and be able to effectively manage customer inquiries, dispatch maintenance and repair jobs, and communicate with clients, vendors, and field teams. This is a key role to ensure clients receive high-quality customer service and timely solutions for their construction-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and follow up on jobs for maintenance, repairs, and other services related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, handyman, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, service requests, and customer interactions.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing, schedule work, and ensure the quality of services provided.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, creating reports, and updating job files.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction industry or trades-related field (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, handyman, etc.).
• Proficient with computers, phones, and project management software.
• Reasonable typing skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
