The Mid-Level Environmental Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation on environmental matters, including regulatory compliance and litigation. They will work closely with clients to navigate complex environmental laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and protecting client interests. Duties:

Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on environmental law matters. Conduct legal research and analysis on environmental regulations and statutes. Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memoranda. Represent clients in environmental litigation proceedings. Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies. Participate in negotiations and settlements related to environmental disputes. Stay abreast of developments in environmental law and provide updates to clients as necessary. Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in environmental law. Prior experience working in the environmental field, including industry, government, or non-profit work, is a plus. Superb legal writing skills with a demonstrated ability to draft clear and concise legal documents. Strong academic credentials and references. Currently licensed to practice law in California or eligible to become licensed. Education:
