You are:

A strategic and results-driven marketer with a passion for building new brands. You have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and are able to craft compelling marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are always eager to innovate and lead.
Overall Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Plume's brand, including RWAs projects and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that highlight the benefits of Plume's platform.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth marketing.

  • Familiarize yourself with our brand, ecosystem, and current marketing strategies.
  • Begin developing relationships with ecosystem partners and understand their marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on initial marketing campaigns.

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Be fully integrated into our marketing processes and lead key marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing at a reputable Web3 startup or a large tech company, with a focus on ecosystem or partner marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the RWA space.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Candidates without a Bachelor's degree in a related field must have an exceptional work history.
