About This Role As we progress with our Digital transformation at Carrier, we are seeking an energetic person to join the Global Functions Digital department. This role involves being a part of digital projects related to payroll and time tracking. The candidate will serve as a Digital authority across various platforms including ADP Global View and UKG Time Tracking. The candidate should possess experience in the Digital Transformation sphere, particularly with deployments and integrations of ADP and UKG systems and have worked collaboratively within large multinational companies or similarly complex settings. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical leader for digital solutions including integration initiatives, aiming to fulfill projects and enhancement requests with the desired level of quality, ensuring business objectives are achieved while managing stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with our software and service vendors to guarantee the prompt delivery of effective, cost-efficient solutions Provide high-level configuration and functional expertise in the development and upkeep of our digital solutions. Oversee Application Management Support as the Lead in addressing Incidents, executing Change Requests and processing Service Requests. Engage in and contribute to user requirements collection, blueprinting, and the preparation of design documentation. Apply innovative thinking to address complex issues and endorse new technology to accomplish project objectives. Take independent charge of technological domains within your area of knowledge. Display proficiency across diverse technologies and platforms associated with software engineering and development. Build relationships with functional leaders and product managers. Leverage in-depth technical and procedural expertise to promote involvement. Supervise system updates, enhancements, and integrations with other core systems. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5 years of leadership experience within the IT domain. 3 years of Digital Project Management experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems. Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields-preference for master's degree holders. Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and relational abilities. Skilled in configuring and enhancing IT systems for optimal performance. Track record of successfully leading complex projects and teams from various functions. Knowledgeable about ADP, UKG time tracking, and other major global enterprise Payroll/HR solutions. At least two complete international project implementations spanning various legal frameworks, with hands-on system design and configuration. Additional experience with applications used by Global Functions will be considered an asset. Proficient in managing partnerships and engaging stakeholders efficiently. Must have the capacity to articulate key points effectively to business associates, including those at executive levels. Clear understanding of how to connect business strategies with coherent technical responses. Exceptional communication skills across written, visual, and spoken mediums, along with adeptness in Microsoft Office suite. Experienced in project management utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps practices. Shows a proactive, collaborative approach and thrives in dynamic and structure-driven settings. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with resilience in situations of uncertainty and incomplete information. Exhibits strong negotiation skills with the aptitude to reconcile divergent perspectives and fosters teamwork. Impeccable organizational abilities, comfortable working with decision-makers within fast-paced, matrix environments.
