Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. As a fully remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Job Posting: Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified applicants.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in extending job offers and negotiating terms to secure top talent.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company professionally to candidates, promoting a positive candidate experience and showcasing the company culture.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably at least 1 year.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed) for recruitment purposes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting in a specific industry or for technical roles (if applicable).
- Background in diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
