Position SummaryThe Technical Recruiter will be responsible for creating strategic staffing approaches to attract a wide pool of qualified talent for Centre Technologies. This individual will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates to the Centre hiring team while collaborating with hiring managers to set job requirements. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the Centre recruiting process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
  • Review and maintain up-to-date job descriptions
  • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication
  • Screen and source qualified candidates and resumes
  • Coordinate the interview process with the hiring team
  • Gather interview feedback and maintain communication with candidates during the interview process
  • Maintain records of candidates' resumes and profiles for compliance via JazzHR
  • Research attracting candidates, selection and placement techniques for effective recruiting strategies
  • Conduct reference and background checks on applicants
  • Draft and create job descriptions as needed
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed
Education/Experience/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a  similar field
  • 2 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the recruiting process
  • 2 years or more of Information Technology experience required
  • 2 years of Recruiting Agency experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Experience with an ATS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office ( Microsoft, Excel, Outlook)
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be required

  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
