Trident of Lafayette, LLC is looking for an Assistant Office Manager to help facilitate the needs of the Bookkeeper/Assistant Project Manager. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. MUST have a vehicle and be able to drive. Applicant must be organized, timely, and detail oriented. Some daily responsibilities include:

  • Keeping a professional rapport with financial institutions
  • Processing documents and filing
  • Maintaining constant communication with Bookkeeper/Assistant Project Manager
  • Positive attitude and self-starter personality
