Trident of Lafayette, LLC is looking for an Assistant Office Manager to help facilitate the needs of the Bookkeeper/Assistant Project Manager. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. MUST have a vehicle and be able to drive. Applicant must be organized, timely, and detail oriented. Some daily responsibilities include:
- Keeping a professional rapport with financial institutions
- Processing documents and filing
- Maintaining constant communication with Bookkeeper/Assistant Project Manager
- Positive attitude and self-starter personality
