We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Hyde Park, Massachusetts. This role is primarily focused on processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and addressing inquiries in a timely manner. The industry we operate in requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved efficiently
• Accurately process customer applications
• Closely monitor customer accounts and take the necessary actions when required
• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and precise
• Proficient in using Office Suite, Excel, and Mail Merge to manage data and execute tasks
• Ensure all administrative tasks are carried out in accordance with industry standards.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge in pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
• Previous experience with Mail Merge for large scale mailings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, detail oriented office environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with office management systems and procedures
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
