Key Autism Services is actively seeking both experienced and entry-level part-time Behavioral Technicians to join our team. We offer comprehensive ABA services to clients in their homes and at our various clinics. Dedicated to bringing meaningful and positive changes to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, our mission is to help clients unlock their true potential.
Behavior Technician Job Responsibilities:
Key Autism provides services to individuals of all ages across Massachusetts, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Illinois, and Texas. Our programs focus on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions, supporting families since 2014. Operating as empathetic partners, we collaborate with individuals, families, case managers, and professionals to deliver essential support. Grounded in a shared philosophy highlighting the pivotal role of family in a child's development, our aim is to empower both children and families with essential skills for building strong, fulfilling relationships. Recognizing that learning thrives in playful and reciprocal interactions, we believe family serves as the cornerstone of a child's development. The Key Autism Services team is dedicated to helping individuals and their families achieve self-sufficiency and live as independently as their abilities allow. Behavior Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician will implement a behavior support plan and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions using Rethink.
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans.

- RBT certification and aspiring BCBA program (Supervision and Mentoring).
- Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (Preferred), or RBT.
- Experience: Childcare, healthcare, or mental health.
- Physical Requirements: Lift up to 30 pounds, get up and off the floor, ability to respond in short distances, and willingness to work indoors and outdoors.
- Dependability: Consistent, positive, and reliable for the child's success.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
