As part of the Enterprise Ops (EO) organization, our team is looking for a strong workplace leader who can scale and manage our corporate office operations across the East Coast. The successful individual will be a thoughtful and strategic workplace leader, driving operational excellence and continuously improving workplace services, while fostering key relationships with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to align workplace services with Netflix's broader business goals.

The main responsibility of the Workplace team at Netflix is ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing best-in-class environments to drive Netflix forward. The successful candidate will be proactive and innovative, expected to propose new ideas on improving the overall workplace while optimizing resources-both financial and team-based.

This role will report to the Director of Workplace, UCAN, and be based in New York City.

Responsibilities:

Directly manage and lead Workplace teams across East Coast locations, providing strategic direction on all aspects of workplace services including building operations, food & beverage, front of house, shipping & receiving, events support, and Environmental Health & Safety. Proactive financial management of workplace costs, ensuring efficient use of Netflix resources, including people costs, and driving financial responsibility across workplace operations. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Workplace team, creating an environment that fosters continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence. Proactively engage with VP-level executives and senior leaders across multiple functions to align workplace services with Netflix's strategic business objectives and drive forward key initiatives. Stay highly aligned with functional teams & leaders across Space & Occupancy, Design & Construction, Real Estate, and Security to ensure we are proactively delivering an overall EO strategy that supports business objectives. Drive innovation in workplace services, implementing forward-thinking strategies that align with evolving business needs and elevate employee experience. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Talent, EHS, AV, Ntech Ops, Events, Internal Comms, Security) to ensure we are constantly providing a frictionless, safe & secure workplace and responding to incidents that will occur 24/7. Understand Netflix's evolving business needs and effectively share relevant context with your team and functional partners to ensure they deliver their best work. Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and a crazy focus on excellence. A senior leader with the ability to influence VP-level executives and drive strategic initiatives. 10+ years of experience in a similar role, including managing multiple corporate buildings and leading teams across various functions. An innovative mindset with the ability to drive exceptional workplace services and operational improvements. Strong experience in vendor management, stakeholder communication, and multi-location leadership. Travel up to 25% as needed, including International. Regularly visiting all East Coast locations will be critical for this role.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $210,000 - $470,000.
