We are looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk & Intelligence as we continue to provide a safe & secure environment. This role is part of the Enterprise Operations organization. The role will be instrumental in driving global risk & intelligence strategy for Netflix.
You are genuine, creative, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a demanding & fast-paced environment. You are a leader who can clearly communicate across all levels of internal & external stakeholders.
This role will report to Netflix's Head of Enterprise Security.
Responsibilities:
Set our global Risk & Intelligence strategy, ensuring timely, relevant data and intelligence are delivered through polished tools to our stakeholders Direct the Protective Intelligence & Threat Management team, which is responsible for Protective Intelligence & Threat Management programs Lead engagement with global stakeholders to collect and prioritize intelligence requirements Manage major global, ongoing risk & intelligence projects with our stakeholders Manage our company intelligence vendor and collection efforts to make sure our intelligence toolkit is efficient and effective Support the regional roll out and strategy of key risk & intelligence programs Develop the annual strategic risk forecast and forward-looking products, including executive risk profiles as needed Manage multiple ongoing projects and integrations with the Global Security Operations Center (Safe@) Work closely with stakeholders across the company to support needs as relates to programs Qualifications:
10 years of relevant experience, which can include security, intelligence, private sector; must have had a focus on risk, intelligence, threat management and protective intelligence Advanced degree in Intelligence/Security, International Relations, or related major Experience living/working in foreign countries, with strong regional work experience Experience with production or media/entertainment is a plus Demonstrated body of work with risk & intelligence Language skills desired Ability to:
Develop and communicate the company's risk and intelligence strategy Maintain an awareness of global security trends Communicate relevant analysis and guidance to key internal and external stakeholders Interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Travel regionally and internationally as required (approximately 25%)
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $210,000 - $470,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
