Top 3 Must Have In-depth knowledge in Microservices Architecture with hands on experience. Strong Leadership and Communication Skills Experience with retail domain and OMS platforms especially Sterling OMS. Strong knowledge of system architecture micro Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using React JS Spring Boot and Microservices Oversee the technical aspects of projects ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and user needs Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and performance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring the stability and reliability of the software Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process Monitor application performance and optimize as needed to ensure a seamless user experience Develop and maintain technical documentation ensuring clarity and accuracy for future reference Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure effective project management Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging team members to share ideas and learn from each other Qualifications Possess strong experience in React JS Spring Boot and Microservices demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies Have a proven track record of leading technical projects and delivering high-quality software solutions Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Show proficiency in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines ensuring efficient development and deployment processes Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate Have experience in agile methodologies participating in ceremonies and ensuring effective project management. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
