Network Security Engineer

This fully onsite, direct-hire role in Richardson, Texas offers a competitive salary range of $100K to $130K. Required Skills & Experience 2-3 years of hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise Aruba ClearPass solutions. Proven ability to deliver at least one full ClearPass project, from planning to deployment and support. Strong understanding of network authentication protocols (e.g., RADIUS, TACACS), 802.1X, and endpoint posture assessments. Expertise in wired and wireless networking concepts, including VLANs, SSIDs, controllers, and switching fundamentals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders. Desired Skills & Experience Experience with SD-WAN solutions, including configuration and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Fortinet products, especially FortiGate firewalls. Relevant certifications such as Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP), Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCX), or Fortinet NSE. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
