Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and professional Clerical Receptionist to join our client’s well-known healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have full open availability to work five 8-hour shifts anytime between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM, Monday through Sunday. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
Schedule appointments and manage the reception area calendar
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and faxing
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the healthcare team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
CA driver's license
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Sunday
