Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Service Analyst to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating the cybersecurity service catalog using Excel, SharePoint, and Confluence. Additionally, the analyst will create intake and service flowcharts, provide support to various regions, ensuring the seamless operation of our cybersecurity services and will manage and coordinate change requests to our ServiceNow Intake forms. Key responsibilities will include service catalog management, process documentation, providing regional support, and collaborating across a variety of stakeholders. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 years of experience in a Service Analyst or Business Analyst role within a cybersecurity department or in Information Technology Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, Miro or Visio. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and practices. Experience creating process flowcharts and documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
