Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a scratch kitchen, upscale dining concept
• Strong understanding of systems, processes, and best practices
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a fun, engaging, and high-performing team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
• Self-driven with a desire for continuous growth and learning
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges effectively
