What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume setting
• A hospitality mindset with a people-focused approach
• Proven ability to foster and maintain a positive team culture
• Strong leadership with a detail-oriented approach to operations
• A track record of driving performance and achieving results

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure excellence
• Analyzing and managing P&L statements, labor, and food costs
• Leading the training and development of all hourly associates
• Managing purchasing, ordering, and inventory to maintain smooth operations
• Hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent to build a strong team
