Medical Customer Service Representative
LHH is currently looking to fill an open position for a Customer Service Representative for a growing healthcare company in the Mesa, AZ area. This Temp-to-Hire opportunity will be in office with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30p and offer a pay rate of $17 per hour.

LHH is currently looking to fill an open position for a Customer Service Representative for a growing healthcare company in the Mesa, AZ area. This Temp-to-Hire opportunity will be in office with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30p and offer a pay rate of $17 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Taking both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling patients for visits
- Processing patient requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Processing insurance verifications and authorizations, and payments
- Documenting communication with patients in database effectively and efficiently
- Chart management; filing, faxing, and emailing
- Escalating inquires as needed
- Knowledge of HIPPA regulations
What you bring!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience; clerical of office
- Experience in scheduling patients for initial visits
- Proficiency with using multiple computer systems and data entry
- Can maintain high detail in a fast-paced environment, while being successful in a repetitive environment
- Highly professional, and ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Ability to focus on and complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
