LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in North Phoenix, AZ that is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to the team! The ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling, service coordinating, administrative, dispatching, or heavy data entry experience.

This is a full-time Monday through Friday, in-office position. Pay range $22-$24 per hour depending on experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the intake of customer orders, including the creation of build agreements, negotiation of delivery times, and management of account and billing information.

  • Collaborate with the project management and dispatch teams to develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.

  • Maintain comprehensive project files, logs, and documentation, ensuring all records are current and accurate.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of required documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, schedulers, and field crews to ensure project accuracy.

  • Monitor and track the progress of projects, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are achieved.

  • Support the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.

  • Aid in the development and implementation of project performance databases and tracking systems.

  • Participate in project meetings, take detailed meeting notes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ordering processing, data entry, dispatching, customer service, or administrative position
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel
  • Must have ability to type 40 words per minute.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
