About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product, helping to ensure their time is focused on top priorities. You will play a crucial role in managing daily operations and maintaining smooth workflows. In this role, you'll anticipate needs, stay one step ahead, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. Success requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Thoughtfully prioritize and manage a dynamic schedule, accommodating frequent changes and personal commitments with flexibility. Build and maintain strong relationships across the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams, ensuring alignment with the organization's culture and values Handle high-volume calendaring, including coordinating appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and proactively communicating updates. Inform of upcoming responsibilities and priorities, proactively communicating schedule changes. Prepare agendas, gather reports, and ensure readiness for key meetings like roadmap planning and strategy sessions. Coordinate and take a leading role in team All Hands meetings. Prepare and edit documents, including presentations, technical updates, and board reports. Organize key events such as hackathons and team offsites, and support in-person Engineering events and logistics in San Francisco as needed. Organize domestic and international travel, including accommodations and transportation. Prepare monthly expense reports and manage reimbursements. Handle sensitive information related to board meetings, product strategies, engineering roadmaps, and team dynamics with the utmost confidentiality. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts. Act as an advocate for Mixpanel's culture, helping to promote and develop company values. Take on special projects as needed to support the Engineering leadership team. About You

Multiple years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced technology companies, with excellent references. Proven experience with heavy calendaring for senior executives. Experience helping to coordinate events, including logistics. Background in a startup or hyper-growth tech environment is highly valued. Bonus Points For
Direct experience supporting technical executives. Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with Notion and Slack. Compensation
The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors.
