THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Manager who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Manager (which is an Associate Director level position) this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues. In addition to enabling consulting excellence through the Five Pillars of Consulting, the specific requirements for this position are below.
Within the Consulting group is our Post-Merger Integration Advisory practice, which assists the Fortune 2000 in developing a competitive advantage for their organizations by strategically aligning IT with business objectives and emerging industry needs. We are seeking people who are passionate about transformation, want to make an impact, and love working together to deliver flawless results for an end-client. Specifically, we are looking for a Senior Manager to join us in a leadership role on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and oversee change management activities for SAP implementation projects.
* Managed several End-to-End programs which includes SAP S4 HANA and SAP ECC projects
* Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans including communication stakeholder management workforce transition training and change readiness plans.
* Conduct impact analyses readiness assessments and identify key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
* Lead change management activities across ERP implementations and other major transformations applying structured methodologies and tools.
* Identify potential change risks and resistance points and develop mitigation plans to address concerns.
* Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption utilization and proficiency of program-level changes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers business analysts and subject matter experts to integrate change management activities with project plans.
* Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes.
* Act as a coach and mentor for project teams helping them navigate the change management process and achieve project goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 12+ years experience leading full scale change management and training initiatives i.e. Change/Training strategy, stakeholder engagement/assessment, change impacts, communication strategy
* Engaging training development and delivery
* Experience managing SAP Enable Now or WalkMe on S/4hana
* Experience leading full scale OCM initiatives on SAP Projects
* A proven track record in a client-facing role with at least 2 of which (though ideally more) are leading a digital technology team
* Works with Cognizant stakeholders (e.g. CP's, CRM's,) technology partners (Amazon) and other business allies to identify consulting opportunities or develop winning proposals
* Regularly contribute to the practice by developing practice initiatives, research on industry trends, knowledge repositories; developer reusable consultative strategies and solutioning approaches in support of business development and expansion activities
* Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes
Work Authorization:

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $122,400 - $194,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
