Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience, including 7 years in People Leadership and Managerial capacities.
  • Experience in Stakeholder management, Sales Operations, and Ads and Media landscape in America.
  • Experience in sales or strategy work.
  • Ability to influence executives at the Director and Vice President levels.

About The Job:

In this role, you will be driving adoption and activation of our solutions through sales teams and specialists, actively influencing future product innovation to fit the needs of our customers; and cross-functionally managing the overall direction and performance of our Search automation efforts at an executive level.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate core business planning, operating cadences, and leadership engagement to achieve organizational outcomes.
  • Own the identification and maintenance of business metrics, set metrics for new products or business ventures, and determine tools and behaviors that are required to drive the metrics.
  • Set comprehensive sales, product or business strategies that solve business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive growth.
  • Lead collaboration with and support of cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions on key processes and initiatives.
  • Drive change with stakeholder support, manage expectations, influence, support, challenge, and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility.
