Sales Bizlab We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing administrative support and carrying out a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, managing office supplies, and assisting with various clerical duties that contribute to the overall effectiveness of our organization.

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

Location: Atlanta, GA

 Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls while taking messages as needed.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary to avoid shortages.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administrative support is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with new software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
