As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Prepare and present project proposals, designs, and reports to clients and stakeholders Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work is progressing according to plans and specifications Review and approve construction documents, drawings, and specifications Coordinate with other design professionals, such as structural engineers and MEP engineers, to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated and coordinated Use Revit and AutoCAD to develop and produce architectural drawings and models Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations Mentor and train junior staff members Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Registered and licensed Architect 2 years of experience as a Project Architect or Staff Architect Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD Familiarity with AIA contract documents and project delivery methods Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in the engineering industry is a plus If you are a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect with a passion for delivering high-quality architectural projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in the engineering industry.
