The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and operational management of ~40 dental offices within California and Hawaii. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving clinical excellence, optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering a collaborative culture across all dental offices. The RVP will lead regional teams to achieve strategic objectives while supporting each office in delivering high-quality dental care and exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership & Performance:
- Drive the operational, financial, and clinical performance of all dental offices within the region.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure offices meet or exceed performance goals, including patient volume, revenue, profitability, and patient satisfaction.
- Analyze and interpret data from key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align regional goals with the broader organizational vision and strategic initiatives.
- Team Development & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional directors and office leaders, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide continuous coaching and professional development opportunities to ensure high employee engagement and retention.
- Foster an environment that encourages transparent communication, teamwork, and alignment with company values.
- Patient Care & Clinical Excellence:
- Partner with clinical teams to ensure high standards of patient care, quality, and compliance are consistently met.
- Work closely with the SVP, Quality Management, Clinical Advisory Board, and clinical leaders to support adherence to clinical protocols and promote best practices in patient care.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all offices operate in full compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to evaluate operational and clinical compliance, address areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Growth & Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for office growth, expansion, and new patient acquisition.
- Support the integration of new offices into the region, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to the organization's culture and standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and community outreach teams to increase brand visibility and patient acquisition efforts.
- Financial Management:
- Develop, manage, and oversee budgets for the region, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets.
- Provide regular financial reports, projections, and analyses to the executive team, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability without compromising patient care quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or MHA preferred).
- 8+ years of multi-site management experience within the healthcare industry, with a preference for dental service organizations or outpatient healthcare services.
- Proven track record of successful leadership in a regional or executive-level role, overseeing operations, compliance, and business development.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within the region.
