This role involves a significant amount of travel within the DFW and Oklahoma market areas and requires a focus on growing a profitable business and developing the sales force into high-performing sales consultants. Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or National Board Approved Licensure, with a minimum of 2 years in sales management and at least 3 years of experience in home health or hospice. Strong leadership skills, the ability to foster teamwork, and a high level of engagement are essential. The role also demands a candidate who is detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and who is driven, energetic, organized, and professional.
