Job Duties: Thisposition serves as the Program Manager over the Business, Intake, and Occupational Licensing teams and the Licensing Director's primary advisor and designee on all operational licensing-related matters for the Department’s Regulated Marijuana program. The position's primary duty is directing the daily operations of multiple licensing-related work units. The position oversees and ensures that policies and guidelines for the implementation of licensing processes and services are conducted in a manner consistent with statutes and rules to achieve the regulatory and enforcement goals of the Division and the State. The position provides leadership to several professional employees involved in licensing and administration. The position sets performance standards and establishes goals for these work units and for the functions in which they are involved. As the Program Manager, the position develops staffing and procedures for the Division’s licensing functions across all offices, advises on and implements service enhancements, and determines the appropriate deployment of resources to support the Division’s mission and goals.
