Brigham and Women's Hospital
Senior Project Manager, Education, Nursing Operations, and Clinical Pathways
Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts, us, 02298
At Mass General Brigham (MGB), we are developing an integrated healthcare system for the future. MGB, the largest healthcare system in the state of Massachusetts, has 2 academic hospitals, 3 specialty hospitals, 7 community hospitals, a health insurance provider (MGB Health Plan), and a Home Care division. We seek to increase value and continually improve and innovate on quality care for older adults, serving as a national model. The West Health Accelerator is a care model redesign program that seeks to improve care for hospitalized patients within MGB while creating a replicable model for scaling across small community hospitals to regional medical centers through to large academic health systems.
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Senior Project Manager (Education, Nursing Operations, and Clinical Pathways) will support the implementation of the West Health Accelerator program. This role will report into the Mass General Brigham Project Management Office, which reports into the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. In partnership with the Program Director and the Senior Project Manager (Implementation Research, Human Centered Design, and Quality and E-Care), the Senior Project Manager will provide both strategic and day-to-day guidance and support to team members of the West Health Accelerator for the implementation and continuous improvement of the older adult care model. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that work is delivered on time, on scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality standards. They will also ensure that their workstreams are integrated and consistent with the West Health Accelerator program, provide support to team members, and update leadership on project progress and health. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for acting as a thought partner to the West Health Accelerator leadership team to ensure project health and delivery.
