We are seeking a strategic HRIS Manager to lead the development and optimization of our HR systems. In this role, you'll drive efficiency, improve data accuracy, and ensure our HR technology meets the evolving needs of the business. The HRIS Manager will lead the successful conversion of our Deltek Costpoint People and Payroll software to a new HRIS system, implementing Dayforce HCM for HR and Payroll functions. This role involves managing the entire process, including planning, conversion, execution and integration. The HRIS Manager will oversee the successful integration of our iCIMS Applicant Tracking Software with Dayforce HCM, as well as the integration of Deltek Costpoint accounting and timesheet software. This role also includes managing the conversion of our Saba Performance Appraisal Data and Document Logistix (Employee Records) software to the Dayforce HCM Platform. Ongoing attention and optimization of our software systems post-implementation required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS project management, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth system integration and functionality. Job Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle of the HRIS implementation, including project planning, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go live activities. Work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure the new system is effectively integrated with existing processes and meets organizational needs. Oversee data migration from legacy systems to the new HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity throughout the process develop and maintain a project timeline, ensuring that key milestones are met, and potential risks are mitigated. Manage system upgrades troubleshooting and post implementation improvements to enhance system performance maintain system security protocols, user access permissions and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Develop training materials and user guides to enhance systems usability. Provide ongoing user training and support to HR staff and other stakeholders. Generate and analyze HR data reports and metrics to support business decisions stay current with HRS trends and best practices making recommendations for systems enhancements. Analyze and make recommendations to leverage technology to optimize HR operations, improve data accuracy and security, and enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies, when managing employee data within the HRIS system. Assist with setting up annual processes such as Open Enrollment, performance management, and salary planning cycles as needed. Stay current with HRIS trends and best practices, making recommendations for system enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify additional opportunities for HRIS optimization. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferably in a technology discipline such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or another related field. 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, including leading or having a significant role in one major HRIS System conversion and implementation. Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, compensation planning, performance appraisals, learning and employee lifecycle management. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Ceridian, Workday or UKG. Understanding of Deltek Costpoint Accounting Software highly desired. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross functional teams. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and system security protocols. AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary/hourly range for this position is $105,000- $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
