Business Systems Analyst II

In this role, the Business Systems Analyst II will be responsible for defining processes, gathering requirements, and conducting analysis to identify and understand business needs. This individual will focus on finalizing key activities, testing, and cutover tasks for the piloting phase of a point of sale (POS) project. They will work closely with HQ stakeholders and vendors to ensure solution documents are accurate and comprehensive. Additionally, they will define new requirements during the rollout phase, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities of the BSA 2 include coordinating discovery activities, analyzing requirements, evaluating solutions, and designing new processes. The role involves significant collaboration with stakeholders and vendors, managing operational support tasks, and ensuring effective communication of requirements. Additionally, this individual will perform light testing and provide ongoing support to ensure project success.

4+ years of experience in business analysis
