Business System Analyst (BSA)

The BSA will maintain efficiency and productivity in scheduling and planning optimizations. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and implement system solutions, and ensure seamless integration. The role involves working within Agile methodologies for continuous improvement and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead improvement recommendations and present to senior management. Conduct client meetings and communicate with senior leaders. Recommend system alternatives and enhancements. Partner with business teams to drive performance and planning. Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems. Mentor colleagues and improve team IT Service Management skills. Develop and execute cross-functional testing strategies. Document and communicate user stories and feedback.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience in downstream oil & gas. Proficiency with Aspen software tools (AUS, AUP, APS, MBO, PIMS, PSCP/DPO, PS-EO). Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile).
