Specifically, the Advertising Partner Solutions team is responsible for managing and growing Roku's relationships with critical advertising technology partners which ultimately enable our clients to reach their business objectives. bAbout the role
The Senior Manager, Ad Partner Solutions is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the team that manages technical relationships with Roku's advertising partners, especially in the programmatic ecosystem. This role is crucial in maintaining and expanding our ad-tech partner relationships, guaranteeing the smoothest delivery of exceptional advertising solutions, and ensuring we are positioned to drive maximum revenue via partner channels. The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with internal and external Business Development and Product teams to maintain operational excellence throughout the lifecycle of a programmatic partnership, from initial integration through mature state.
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $114,000 - $171,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off. bWhat you'll be doing Serve as the leader of an organization who acts as the primary technical point of contact for several of Roku's ad-tech partners ranging from SSPs, DSPs, Retail Media, and Data & Measurement. Primarily partners with Partnerships Business Development but also interacts with other cross-functional teams such as, but not limited to: Product & Engineering, Account Client Services, and Ad Operations. Owns senior relationships with partners and push for win/win strategic initiatives across portfolio. Define and monitor partner success metrics to discern partner health, identify and solution partner challenges, and measure the team's impact. Lead the creation, documentation, and ongoing management of detailed account plans to identify key opportunities, risks, and actions required to drive growth. Mentoring and coaching a team of 5 seasoned professional ICs. Collaborate with technical counterparts within multiple partner platforms to ensure successful integration and ongoing alignment with Roku's tech stack. Maintain direct involvement in key client interactions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective solutions. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that may prevent Roku and its partners from maximizing revenue. Synthesize complex matters into simple business opportunities & challenges, adapted to the technical level of the audience. Monitor the pacing and performance of partner revenue; enable the team to continuously find revenue driving opportunities. Recognize monthly revenue for all active deals via Roku's audit process. Develop a keen understanding of how the Roku platform and unique ad products will deliver value to support the ad partner goals. bWe're excited if you have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus. Minimum of 12 years of experience in a technical solutions or partner management role within the advertising/media industry. Minimum of 6 years of management experience and coaching/developing technical expertise in others. Mastery in SQL or other query-based tools. Proficiency across the programmatic advertising industry, including expert understanding of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges. Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in an oRTB environment. Analytical mindset that is comfortable interpreting data to inform decision making. Ability to take complicated subject matter and communicate clearly and effectively for any audience across all levels of the organization. Proven history of maintaining and growing critical revenue driving partner relationships. Self-starter with the drive necessary to succeed in a highly competitive market. Experience working for/with premium streaming TV (CTV/OTT) publishers a plus. #LI-OR1
