EPIC Cadence/Prelude Analyst Location:
Multi-Region (Northeastern, Southeastern, and Midwestern U.S.)
Description: The EPIC Cadence/Prelude Analyst will support clinical operations through the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of EPIC systems. This role includes analyzing workflows, configuring solutions, training users, and troubleshooting technical issues. The analyst will also contribute to system upgrades, end-user requests, and the overall improvement of Electronic Health Record (EHR) functionalities.
Responsibilities: Analyze workflows, gather requirements, and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs. Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions with minimal direction from leadership. Conduct system testing, including pre- and post-upgrade evaluations, and ensure new releases are functional and effective. Provide 24/7 secondary support as part of a team rotation to resolve end-user issues and inquiries. Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance. Participate in full lifecycle system implementations, including planning, documentation, monitoring, and training. Develop test plans, execute tests, and analyze results to ensure system reliability. Continuously learn new system functionalities and technologies to enhance workflows and troubleshooting capabilities. Train and mentor other team members while delivering superior customer service.
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in business systems, software design, or project management. Equivalent experience or alternate degrees will be considered. 5+ years of experience supporting EPIC systems, including workflow configuration and troubleshooting. EPIC Cadence and Prelude Certification is required. Familiarity with Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows. Proven ability to manage projects, conduct testing, and lead system implementations. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact across teams and stakeholders.
Desired Skills: Certification in additional EPIC applications is a plus. Experience with high-pressure support environments and tight project timelines. Ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies to improve workflows.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Pay range: $115,000-$135,000/year
