LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and professional Estate Planning Legal Administrative Assistant for a wonderful firm located in Naples, FL. This role is crucial in providing high-level administrative support to attorneys, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism in client interactions. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain client relationships
Manage schedules, organize meetings and appointments, and handle travel arrangements
Prepare documents for various delivery methods and understand electronic filing procedures for courts and entities Handle paperwork to open new client files, maintain current files, and organize files for off-site storage Enter daily timekeeping
Prepare expense reports and maintain updated client contact information in the firm's CRM system Provide support to other legal administrative assistants as needed Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent office work experience. At least three years of prior legal administrative or paralegal experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Trust & Estates documents.
