A company is seeking a strategic and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead their marketing efforts with expertise in Local Service Ads, Data & Analytics Tracking, and inbound marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Local Service Ads Management: Develop and execute optimized strategies for Local Service Ads to drive client visibility and lead generation.
- Inbound Marketing Strategy Development: Oversee the creation and execution of inbound strategies that include SEO, PPC, content marketing, email campaigns, and remarketing.
- Analytics & Data Tracking: Design and implement robust analytics systems to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize strategies using tools like Google Analytics and CRMs.
- Web Design Oversight: Ensure that websites are optimized for performance, user experience, and SEO to support inbound marketing goals.
- PPC Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and display advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Remarketing & Retargeting: Develop and implement remarketing strategies to re-engage audiences and improve conversion rates.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team with expertise in SEO, content marketing, PPC, web design, and analytics.
- Market Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in Local Service Ads, SEO, PPC, content creation, Google AdWords, and analytics.
- Strong expertise in data analytics tools and CRM platforms.
- Experience designing and executing integrated inbound marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing marketing budgets and delivering results-oriented campaigns.
