Description: Job description Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation Denver Tech Center (DTC) – Colorado A dynamic and growing commercial litigation firm in the Denver Tech Center is seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience, ideally focused on insurance-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to manage all aspects of complex litigation cases and work directly with clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle insurance-related litigation, including coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability, and bad faith claims Investigate and defend first- and third-party claims Take and defend depositions, draft dispositive motions, and attend court hearings (state and federal courts) Draft coverage opinions and conduct examinations under oath Manage cases from pre-litigation through trial and appeal Provide strategic legal analysis and recommendations to clients Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school Active license to practice law in Colorado 2-5 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on insurance-related cases Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to handle multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with legal technology tools Collegial, collaborative, and creative thinker with a positive attitude What We Offer: Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (100% employer-paid for base plan) 401(k) plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Short-Term/Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid parking and other perks This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable firm, take on a significant caseload, and work with a supportive, high-caliber legal team.
